Welding Smoke Purifier/Fume and Dust Collector,
Electrostatic type
It is widely used in distributed welding, automatic welding, CO2 gas protection welding, argon welding, DC welding and other work places, and are well received by customers.
Working principle:
Welding fume is sucked into purifier through suction cover, is filtered roughly though microporous filter, then goes into plasma electric field, and is absorbed by charge. Though this process, smoke particles are captured and absorbed, toxic gases accelerately react into harmless gases through ionizing purification and ozone oxidation. After purification, the reducibility of the gas is good, no dust, no smell, and can be recycled into the atmosphere.
Features:
The equipment has two kind of structures: fixed and mobile , application site is optional.. Equipment cleaning is simple, easy for maintenance, low noise, low power consumption, suction arm position can be adjusted, easy to use.
